About the Role
We are looking for you to expand our pool of trainers for customer projects in 2027. This role involves conducting in-person and online training sessions on NIS2-relevant awareness topics, imparting foundational knowledge of information and cybersecurity to non-IT professionals, and raising awareness of current threats like phishing, social engineering, malware, and data privacy risks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions on NIS2-relevant awareness topics.
- Impart foundational knowledge of information and cybersecurity for non-IT professionals.
- Raise awareness of current threats such as phishing, social engineering, malware, and data privacy risks.
- Teach secure behavior in daily work.
- Conduct practical exercises and case studies.
- Adapt training to different target groups and industries.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a trainer in information security, cybersecurity, or IT compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of NIS2 requirements and objectives.
- Experience in conducting awareness training for employees.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- Ability to convey complex topics understandably and target-group-specifically.
- Experience with virtual training formats is desirable.
- Fluent German language skills (min. C1).
