About the Role
Zinc is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Content & Authority squad. You will own the CRM systems and customer journeys, progressing contacts from Subscriber to MQL and beyond, ensuring prospects and customers receive the right message at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain nurture segmentation, workflows, and automations
- Maintain list hygiene, contact health, and documentation
- Design and set up one-off and automated emails using HTML templating
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the strategic direction of scalable lifecycle campaigns
- Write, build, deploy, and refine lifecycle email programmes
- Manage operational aspects of one-off customer email communications
- Define, track, and report on KPIs including open rates, conversion to MQL, and stage progression
- Establish A/B testing as standard practice for subject lines, content, cadence, and CTAs
- Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience building CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing programmes from scratch in B2B SaaS
- Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of performance-driven email work
- Working knowledge of email deliverability, authentication, sender reputation, and list hygiene
- Ability to document limitations and flow design logic
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
