About the Role
Doodle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruiting cycle and bring in top talent across engineering, product, and commercial roles. You will be responsible for finding passive candidates, building talent pipelines, defining role requirements with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and managing offer negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Own the hire: Run full cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer, across engineering, product, and commercial.
- Find passive talent: Proactively source and engage with high-caliber candidates.
- Build the pipeline: Grow and manage talent pools for recurring roles.
- Set the bar: Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and quality standards.
- Own the experience: Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience.
- Own the data: Manage the ATS (Teamtailor), maintain clean pipelines, and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Close: Manage offer negotiations with People Ops.
- Employer brand: Collaborate with marketing to enhance Doodle's employer brand and careers page.
- Nurture talent: Maintain engagement with talent pools.
- Get out there: Represent Doodle at industry events and meetups.
- Manager coaching: Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
- Reporting: Provide leadership with clear insights into hiring progress.
- Process improvement: Identify and address bottlenecks in the hiring process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- A strong network within the tech or SaaS industry, particularly in engineering.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI sourcing tools.
- Understanding of how SaaS companies are built and experience recruiting across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Direct and honest communication style with the ability to provide fast, clear feedback.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Based in London or Berlin with the right to work there.
