About the Role

Doodle is a B2B SaaS platform used by millions of professionals to coordinate meetings and collaboration. We are building the future of scheduling and productivity, working on hard problems at the intersection of human collaboration and digital efficiency. This role involves building core frontend systems, designing and shipping fast, scalable, and resilient web applications, with a focus on state management, reactive architectures, and user experiences around time.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy frontend architectures that are fast, accessible, and scalable, using React.js and Next.js.
Integrate complex APIs and manage client side state with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
Tune application performance for maximum speed and scale, and smooth user experiences across many devices and platforms.
Use LLM and agentic tools to move fast, while keeping total ownership and full understanding of the generated code.
Work closely with cross functional teams to turn complex scheduling requirements into clean, functional UI code.

Requirements

A Bachelor's in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equal practical experience.
Professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
Experience building production ready frontend applications with client side data fetching via GraphQL (Apollo).
Experience with frontend performance optimization, responsive design, and modern browser APIs.
Experience using modern AI assisted engineering workflows to safely speed up development velocity.
A strong architectural mind for component isolation, server side rendering (SSR), and static site generation (SSG) strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineering teams.
Based in Germany with full right to work. Cannot sponsor visas or support relocation.
