About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to own a portfolio of health system accounts and develop products tailored to their environments. This role is accountable for both product success and the revenue it generates. You will work on-site with health systems in Australia, collaborating with a commercial partner to observe clinical workflows, align them with Heidi's capabilities, and make build-vs-configure decisions. - Conduct on-site customer visits to observe workflows and produce specifications for discrete capabilities
- Make build-vs-configure trade-offs for each engagement
- Own sprint delivery for assigned accounts, including prioritization, unblocking engineers, and making daily trade-off decisions
- Build extensible product features that can be configured for subsequent accounts
- Partner with commercial counterparts to prioritize across accounts, negotiate scope, and manage customer expectations
- Feed field insights back to the core product team, advocating for shared investments based on recurring patterns
- Drive adoption within customer accounts to ensure daily clinician usage
- Navigate compliance and regulatory requirements as product constraints
Requirements
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related)
- 4+ years in product roles, with emphasis on shipped products over years of experience
- Experience building with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
- Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation)
- Ability to translate LLM concepts into reliable, user-facing products
