Responsibilities
- Provide clear guidance, coaching, and motivation to your on-site team.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Promote a culture of health & safety and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster teamwork.
- Tackle ambiguity with confidence and address issues in real-time.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license.
- Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication & leadership skills.
- Ability to handle challenges with confidence & professionalism.
- A proactive mindset focused on teamwork & collaboration.
- Experience within the Fire & Security Industry.
- Electrical background or experience with fire alarm/security system installations.
- Experience managing subcontractors on large construction sites.
- A commercial mindset with a strong emphasis on health & safety best practices.
- The ability to enhance team productivity & efficiency.
