Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Promote a culture of health & safety and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster teamwork.
  • Tackle ambiguity with confidence and address issues in real-time.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle challenges with confidence & professionalism.
  • A proactive mindset focused on teamwork & collaboration.
  • Experience within the Fire & Security Industry.
  • Electrical background or experience with fire alarm/security system installations.
  • Experience managing subcontractors on large construction sites.
  • A commercial mindset with a strong emphasis on health & safety best practices.
  • The ability to enhance team productivity & efficiency.
