About the Role
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking fully flexible Hospital Cleaners to join their Environmental Services Team. The role involves working in a healthcare setting to maintain a clean and safe environment, enhancing the facility's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Clean patient rooms, examination rooms, offices and public areas including restrooms
- Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of surfaces and mopping of floors to ensure general upkeep of the area
- Maintain hard floor and carpets surfaces: buffing, scrubbing, carpet shampoo and daily maintenance
- Understand hygiene standards and infection control requirements
- Linen and Laundry management
- Waste management
Requirements
- Customer focused approach essential
- Previous cleaning experience essential
- Knowledge of COSHH essential
- Previous cleaning experience in a UK healthcare setting essential
- General cleaning duties in a patient environment an advantage
- Full in-house training will be provided
- This role may be subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order (as amended) and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting Salary: £25,807.50. After probation rising to: £27,007.50
