About the Role

We are seeking to expand our Nuclear Power Programmes team on a variety of nuclear projects, delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs) and Quality Execution Plans.
  • Ensure supplier and contractor compliance with quality requirements, CQAPs, ITPs, LTQRs, and contractual standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor inspections, surveillance activities, witness points, and testing programmes.
  • Support supplier audits, track findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Review manufacturing, construction, and quality documentation, including end-of-manufacturing and handover records.
  • Monitor non-conformances, quality issues, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
  • Report quality metrics and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across project teams, contractors, inspection bodies, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience in quality assurance/control within nuclear or other safety-critical industries.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, IAEA GSR-2, and quality management systems.
  • Experience of supplier audits and supply-chain quality management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
