About the Role

Be the brand ambassador for Tapestry, enabling the attraction of appropriate talent to drive brand transformation. Lead all internal and external recruitment activities. Drive new projects and enhancements globally to create an attractive working environment for employees and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end searches for all Tapestry positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications and manage stakeholders.
• Develop recruitment strategies for external and internal candidates.
• Source, assess, interview candidates, and manage the offer process.
• Partner with HRBPs to manage sensitive situations, decision-making, and the onboarding process.
• Guide hiring managers and provide expert consultation on the hiring process and talent market.
• Conduct proactive recruitment efforts to build talent pipelines at all levels.
• Convert target candidates into engaged applicants using internal and external research.
• Manage and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
• Pursue and develop relationships with potential candidates and key industry executives.
• Conduct exploratory interviews and develop a follow-up system.
• Develop and maintain future contact files for all functions.
• Lead and drive various projects and initiatives.
• Plan, lead, and execute new programs on local and global levels.
• Improve processes and tools in partnership with the HR team.
• Lead the internal mobility experience and conversion rate results.
• Represent Tapestry as a best-in-class employer brand and drive employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant recruiting and TA experience, ideally within an MNC environment.
• Frontline recruiting experience is key.
• Agency and internal mixed experience preferred.
• Business level of English and Japanese is a must.
• Strong project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact and influence all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance a startup and big company mindset.
• Previous significant experience in the Retail/Service Industry is highly preferred but not a must.
• Strong functional expertise in talent recruiting, management, and related initiatives.
• Knowledge of reputable ATS and experience being part of a major rollout is a plus.
• Business savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit to generate innovative solutions and deliver with excellence.
