About the Role
We are seeking a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist for an IAPT role delivering face-to-face therapy in Dorset.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients within an IAPT setting.
- Manage your own clinical caseload.
- Conduct thorough assessments and craft personalised treatment plans.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Travel across Hampshire to provide face-to-face sessions.
Requirements
- BABCP accreditation (essential)
- Experience delivering CBT in an IAPT setting
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy
