Responsibilities
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service.
- Prepare beverages using high-quality coffee equipment and products.
- Complete training to ensure proper handling of food and beverages.
- Implement systems to minimize product wastage.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of product, service, and brand training playbooks.
- Participate in initiatives to increase foot traffic, sales, and customer base.
Requirements
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
- Availability that meets cafe needs.
- Part-Time: 24 hours/week, 3 days availability required, including 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, Sun).
- Full-Time: 35 hours/week, 4-5 days availability required, including 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, Sun).
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK.
- Must be available to work until 10:00 PM during the summer period.
