About the Role

In this role, you will form long-lasting relationships with clients daily and help them to ‘Holiday Better’. As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true ambassador of the brand, reflecting our ‘Feel Summer’ promise and brand values in all your actions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and help them to Holiday Better.
  • Be vibrant, tailored, and brave in approach to teamwork, service, and sales.
  • Welcome and engage customers confidently, forming lasting relationships.
  • Go above and beyond for customers, inspiring them to Holiday Better.
  • Provide a friendly welcome and use an outgoing personality to impact customer experience.
  • Maintain contact with customers beyond the shop floor using clienteling tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure retail operational excellence and great client care.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how exceptional customer service impacts the business.
  • Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions eloquently.
  • Be an excellent story-teller, bringing collections to life with a ‘Feel Summer’ attitude.
  • Respond to queries regarding price, look, feel, texture, and key features of Orlebar Brown pieces.
  • Go the extra mile for every customer, especially with availability and sourcing.
  • Show passion for O.B. ranges and confidently suggest styles and build wardrobes.
  • Capture customer details to expand the Orlebar Brown customer base and encourage repeat visits.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships and form new ones.
  • Maintain high standards of the shop floor and work with the team to ensure the store looks its best.
  • Attend regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
  • Contribute views and feedback on daily and weekly store reporting.
  • Potentially assist with additional ‘Key Holder’ responsibilities after a period in the role.
  • Perform any other reasonable task or role assigned by a senior team member.

Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated passion for the brand, and an affinity for its promise and purpose.
  • Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
  • Professional image and ambassadorial presence for the OB brand.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to maintaining high standards in the store environment.
