Responsibilities
- Support project teams in developing and implementing communication and positioning strategies for national and international corporations, startups, and investors, including M&A transactions, (SPAC) IPOs, and spin-offs.
- Assist in building or restructuring communication departments for corporates and startups, making them future-proof.
- Engage with a wide range of topics including digitalization, transformation, strategic realignments, DE&I and ESG strategies, shareholder activism defense, investor advisory, and post-merger integration.
- Support the creation and preparation of relevant documents for internal and external client communication.
- Conduct media monitoring, media analysis, and research on capital market-relevant topics.
- Analyze digital communication trends and support the optimization of client social media channels.
Requirements
- Currently in at least the fourth semester of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Field of study is less important than enthusiasm for communication.
- Ideally, have gained practical experience in communication, finance, journalism, politics, and/or strategy consulting during studies.
- Negotiation-proof German and very good English language skills.
- Enjoy variety and new challenges, thriving in a team environment.
- Eager to learn a lot in a short time and work on impactful topics.
