About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our growing AI and Analytics team to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deliver high-impact data products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data acquisition to deployment.
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.
• Implement AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and modern engineering tools.
• Apply advanced statistical modeling and optimization techniques to business challenges.
• Develop transformer-based models and reinforcement learning solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize ELT pipelines and scalable data architectures.
• Deploy and manage models on cloud platforms using MLOps best practices.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation.
• Communicate analytical findings through visualizations and dashboards.
• Ensure model governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data science best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using frameworks like MECE and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ML model development and MLOps.
• Experience with cloud-based ML deployment, preferably AWS.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with transformer models and reinforcement learning.
• Experience in AI Engineering including LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts like ELT pipelines and database technologies.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Python frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional environments.
