About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Hausmeister (Building Caretaker) to ensure the order and cleanliness of our premium residential properties. This role involves a variety of maintenance and upkeep tasks, offering a high degree of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure order and cleanliness in outdoor areas.
- Perform garden and lawn maintenance, leaf removal, and winter services as needed.
- Carry out various minor repairs as required.
- Complete various errands and shopping tasks.
- Manage the placement of trash bins.
- Proactively identify and address necessary tasks.
- Undertake regional tasks related to a vacation property several times a year.
- Act with a high degree of responsibility and trustworthiness.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a trade, e.g., plumbing or electrical.
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
- Experience as a caretaker in a high-end property is desirable.
- Independent and organized way of working.
- Driver's license Class B required.
- Very good German language skills.
