Responsibilities
- Independent management and leadership of several closed-end real estate fund companies
- Value preservation and portfolio optimization, as well as strategy development for individual companies
- Execution of refinancing for large portfolio financings
- Development and implementation of conversion and renovation measures
- Independent execution of shareholder meetings and advisory board meetings
- Shareholder support
- Reporting to owners and internal departments
- Budget responsibility
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration (BWL), Real Estate Management, or similar
- Knowledge of residential property financing and initial professional experience in asset management
- Experience in the rental and management of residential properties
- Tax knowledge and experience in corporate law
- Knowledge of publicly subsidized social housing in Berlin and the 2nd Calculation Ordinance
- Structured, independent, and reliable work style
- Driver's license class B desirable
