About the Role
The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe is seeking a finance and accounting professional to lead their team, manage financial accounting for multiple companies, and contribute to process digitalization and ERP system implementation.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the finance and accounting team.
- Actively participate in finance and accounting operations.
- Oversee financial accounting for several management and property companies.
- Code and book all business transactions, clarify open items, and reconcile accounts.
- Manage payment transactions, cash management, and prepare VAT pre-declarations.
- Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with HGB in collaboration with the tax advisor.
- Generate reports, business analyses, and evaluations.
- Assist with budget and liquidity planning.
- Establish and enhance controlling structures (cost and performance accounting, KPIs).
- Develop and digitize financial processes and participate in implementing a new ERP system.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field with a focus on finance and accounting.
- Alternatively, or ideally additionally, completed training as a tax assistant (m/f/d) with further training as a balance sheet accountant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
- Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Initial leadership experience or team lead experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, results-oriented approach to work.
