About the Role
As an ECBA Senior Director, you will develop and maintain business within the Financial Services sector, lead client engagements, and serve as a strategic advisor. You will design and implement executive compensation and incentive program strategies to attract, reward, and retain executive talent, partnering with senior directors on top-tier clients and leading other large clients, with a specific focus on the Financial Services Industry. You will also contribute to revenue growth activities for the Work & Rewards business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent project management for multiple large clients
- Serve as lead advisor on all types of ECBA topics
- Develop diverse compensation structures, competitive base pay, and incentive approaches for global solutions
- Collaborate on the development, design, and implementation of compensation programs, including total rewards strategy, competitive benchmarking, incentive plan design, employment contract review, change-in-control agreements, competitive pay analysis, and pay-for-performance alignment
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
- Continue to develop technical knowledge and skills in Executive Compensation
- Mentor, coach, and manage more junior colleagues
