About the Role
Lucid Labs is a specialized consultancy for the German SME sector, automating operational decisions with applied AI and a proprietary platform. We are seeking an individual to independently manage client projects, becoming AI-native by building and advising on AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of client projects: discovery, workshops, and ongoing implementation.
- Manage multiple clients concurrently with greater depth than traditional consulting.
- Report directly to the founder and collaborate closely with the engineering team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, often directly with their management.
- Prepare and lead workshops, conduct weekly calls, and manage demos and scoping.
- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
- Ensure clients achieve measurable improvements within weeks and continuously develop their AI strategy.
- Build initial prototypes using modern AI tools without programming.
- Assess opportunities, structure proposals, and drive follow-on potential with existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of delivery processes and quality standards.
- Assist in building the emerging delivery team.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience, e.g., as a (Senior) Consultant or Project Manager in strategy, digital, or in-house consulting, or as a Solutions Consultant in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent client projects, including workshops with decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to assess and communicate the value of use cases.
- Strong communication skills in German, effective with management, developers, and process owners.
- Technical curiosity: willingness to experiment with new tools.
- Proficiency in using tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily.
- Ability to confidently lead workshops with decision-makers.
- Possess curiosity and a willingness to learn to actively and value-creatively apply AI.
