About the Role
This role involves supporting existing projects in the energy industry, focusing on escalation management and the processing, structuring, and digitalization of administrative documents. You will contribute to implementing and further developing digital processes and tools, handling customer feedback, and assisting the team with daily tasks and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Support existing projects in the energy industry within escalation management.
- Process, structure, and digitize administrative documents.
- Participate in the implementation and further development of digital processes and tools.
- Record customer feedback received electronically, by phone, or by mail and document it.
- Support the team in daily business and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a law or business law degree program.
- Available for at least 1 year.
- First experiences in project management are advantageous.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
- Quick comprehension.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Strong "do-it" mentality.
- Strong communication skills.
