About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the development and advancement of scalable software solutions. This role involves conceptualizing and implementing new features, analyzing requirements, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimize existing systems for performance and stability.

• Ensuring code quality through tests and code reviews
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (Product, Design, QA)
• Optimization of existing systems regarding performance and stability

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience in large projects with more than 5 developers
• Excellent command of programming languages, especially Python and/or JavaScript
• Knowledge of modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, FastAPI)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (GitLab, GitHub etc.)
• Experience with Git and agile development methods (SCRUM/ Kanban)
• Ideally, initial experience with GenAI
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1) for client consultation
• Willingness to travel for consulting activities
