About the Role
AVES TEC GmbH is a young, modern company specializing in switchgear and energy systems, including house connections, meter/transformer systems, and main distribution boards for office complexes, residential areas, and data centers. We support the energy transition through PV systems, CHP units, and charging stations for e-mobility.
Responsibilities
- Build energy distributors, independently or in a team, depending on size and complexity.
- Perform mechanical assembly and wiring according to specifications.
- Read and implement circuit diagrams and technical documents.
- Clarify technical details to ensure flawless system function for the customer.
- Ensure high-quality and standards-compliant execution.
- Complete tasks on time and prepare for shipping.
- Coordinate with project management and colleagues in production and service.
- Assemble and wire control cabinets according to technical drawings and plans.
- Conduct functional tests and commissioning of control cabinets on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in existing systems.
- Coordinate with the planning team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Document work steps and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Completed training in the electrical engineering field, ideally as an Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in energy distribution, switchgear, special machine construction, or maintenance of electrical distribution systems is helpful but not mandatory.
- Work cleanly, take responsibility, and enjoy varied systems.
- Team player with an independent work style.
- Willingness for continuous training and adaptation to new technologies.
