About the Role

This role involves providing a magical shopping experience for customers during the Christmas period, working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team with opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy Christmas period.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
• Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
• Availability to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New years Eve & New years Day.

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, team focused retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.
