About the Role
Skin Analytics is seeking a Junior Support Agent to provide essential operational support to customers. This entry-level position involves managing the sending and receiving of kits to and from patients, offering administrative support to the client operations team, and gaining hands-on experience within a growing health tech company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily process of receiving skin check kits from patients, cleaning them, and sending out new kits.
- Provide support to customers and team members, addressing hardware queries, offering technical assistance, and handling complaints within quality management policies.
- Take ownership of managing the overdue hardware process, new client hardware builds, and conducting inventory stock counts.
- Collaborate with other members of the Client Operations Team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to react positively to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail is crucial as products directly affect patient experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic technical knowledge to address hardware queries and provide technical assistance.
- Initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed.
- Collaborative and adaptable nature to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Right to work in the UK.
