About the Role
As a Product Manager Integration, you will be responsible for a key growth driver: the fast, scalable, and standardized onboarding of new customers to our collections platform. Your focus will be on building sustainable product, process, and collaboration structures. In close collaboration with our Product Experience Team for Integration & Onboarding, as well as Tech and Operations teams, you will develop features and processes that make integrations more efficient, reusable, and scalable, creating the foundation for extensive automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the Vision: Develop vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical customer integration and standardized mapping of new requirements on our collections platform, consistently aligned with scalability and product value.
- Drive Discovery: Understand the needs of internal and external customers, evaluate business potential, and derive well-founded product decisions and priorities.
- Connect Teams & Create Shared Ownership: Bring together diverse teams, stakeholders, and perspectives, establish efficient collaboration models, and create acceptance and shared ownership for product decisions.
- Drive Standardization: Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions and develop standardized components, templates, and configuration solutions. Establish agreed-upon standards (interfaces, data models, processes) and ensure their consistent application by customer managers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience (3+ years) in product management with proven success in developing and scaling digital products or platforms.
- A strong product mindset with experience in product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and the definition and use of success metrics.
- High technical affinity and practical experience in the productive use of Artificial Intelligence to support product development or work processes.
- Experience in steering cross-functional teams without disciplinary responsibility, aligning diverse stakeholders, and successfully managing organizational change.
- Enjoy structuring complex contexts and building sustainable standards, processes, and documentation.
- Experience in the debt collection, financial, or a comparably regulated environment is an advantage.
