About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Engineer with significant security expertise to help organizations stop breaches using an advanced platform. You will articulate how current security solutions are designed, deployed, and why they are failing. This role supports the Sales team in presenting CrowdStrike’s security platform to Enterprise Accounts in NSW, up-selling existing accounts, and managing renewals. Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, gathering technical requirements, creating evaluation plans, and managing the evaluation process.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
  • Configure product installations and customisations in a POV engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
  • Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging.
  • Work as a Trusted Advisor within our prospects and customers in order to gain mind-share and ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Considerable proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in security, incident response, or security architecture design.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Large Enterprise organisations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.
  • Self-motivated and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and external.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex scenarios and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution.
  • Ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations and events.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise beneficial.
