About the Role

Join The Walt Disney Company and help shape how millions of fans connect with Disney stories, brands and experiences across social media. As Supervisor, Social Media & Influencers, UK & EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our EMEA Social Media and Influencer strategy. Working as part of the Cross-Company Social Media Team, you will help create engaging, social-first content, build meaningful audience connections, and support influencer activity across Disney brands and lines of business. • Support integrated campaigns and digital events through content planning, copywriting, creative briefing, approvals, asset distribution, publishing, scheduling and reporting.
  • Monitor channel, content and campaign performance, using insights to identify trends, share learnings and inform future plans.
  • Help support tactical paid social activity, including amplification recommendations, optimisation and performance reporting.
  • Work with markets and platform partners to support new channel launches, platform innovation, account verification and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain strong governance and security standards across social media accounts, including user access reviews and platform best practices.
  • Champion audience-first thinking by sharing platform trends, emerging formats and industry developments with the wider team.
  • Support local and regional initiatives through competition management, evergreen asset distribution and inclusive content representation.
  • Manage the day-to-day workload and priorities of the Social Media Intern.
  • Present project updates, recommendations and new opportunities to stakeholders where appropriate.
