About the Role
This role supports the development of full funnel marketing campaigns that drive business KPIs across Broadcast and Streaming. The Campaign & Partner Marketing Executive will own and support campaigns leveraging brand and content to achieve marketing outcomes, ensuring ITV remains relevant and watched by millions.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and effective campaign briefs rooted in insight about content, brand, audience, market, and culture.
- Collaborate across Media, Creative, Strategy, Delivery, and Publicity teams to deliver campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Champion innovative and distinctive marketing work, encouraging bold, conversation-driving campaigns.
- Monitor market and competitor performance, analysing activity and recommending improvements.
- Build strong relationships with commissioning teams to ensure clear NSTs and support editorial hooks.
- Ensure alignment with ITV’s brand positioning, reinforcing TOV and TNPLI platform.
- Support the delivery of the Partner Experience programme to bring distribution partners closer to ITV’s content and brand.
Requirements
- Experience building collaborative relationships in a fast-moving, matrix environment.
- Ability to work with peers across multiple PODs to create best-in-class marketing activity.
- Ability to analyze trends and data to understand viewer behavior and shape marketing activity.
- Experience supporting the development of creatively impactful cross-media campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts, give constructive creative feedback, and excite others.
- Ability to grow stakeholder relationships, listen effectively, and defend a proposed approach using data.
- Understanding of media types, including digital and data-driven marketing techniques.
- Experience working with media or creative agencies.
- Knowledge of the UK TV marketplace and ITV’s position within it.
- Awareness of the latest changes in viewing trends and content discovery.
- A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment.
- Awareness of current viewing trends and audience behaviors.
- A results-driven mindset and enthusiasm for learning and growth.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across projects while maintaining accuracy.
