About the Role
As an IBM Controller Administrator, you will ensure stable, accurate, and compliant group consolidation and financial reporting processes at Vattenfall. This role involves system administration, group accounting expertise, and operational support during period-end closing, contributing to informed business decisions across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth, secure, and efficient group consolidation and reporting processes.
- Act as administrator for IBM Controller, ensuring stable and compliant operation.
- Configure and maintain consolidation structures, master data, and system settings.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Manage user access and authorisations, ensuring security and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Group Accounting, Tax, IT, and reporting units.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and system performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with IBM Controller.
- Solid background in accounting, ideally in group or corporate accounting.
- Experience with group consolidation and closing processes.
- Confidence working with financial systems and structured data.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
