About the Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will be closely involved in the daily operations and contribute to making FICUS a recognized brand in AI for rehabilitation. You will work on projects from strategy to events, and from creation to analysis, gaining comprehensive insight into building a strong B2B brand in a dynamic HealthTech startup.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop content, including LinkedIn posts, presentations, one-pagers, and landing pages.
- Assist in the conception and execution of campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Participate in website management, SEO initiatives, and marketing reporting.
- Analyze marketing activities and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team on lead generation strategies and implementation.
- Independently coordinate smaller marketing projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
- First practical experience in marketing or content creation.
- Design skills and a good eye for visual communication (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva).
- Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of web design and interest in website management.
- Good German language skills (at least B2 level) and fluent English.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to take on responsibility.
