About the Role
curendo, a brand of MEDIFOX DAN by ResMed, aims to improve the situation of family caregivers by offering innovative online nursing courses. We are seeking a Redakteur Pflege & Gesundheit (m/w/d) to join our interdisciplinary team in Berlin and develop digital services for home care.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and practical concepts for digital nursing courses and e-learnings to support family caregivers.
- Write and structure scripts for digital nursing courses, adapting content for style and target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the content and graphics team to continuously improve course offerings.
- Support the marketing team with target-audience-specific texts and informational materials.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a healthcare field (e.g., Medicine, Nursing Education, Nursing Science) or a degree in another field with further training as a practical instructor.
- Professional experience in practical inpatient or outpatient care.
- Strong communication and excellent German language skills.
- High degree of personal responsibility.
- Creative ideation for preparing learning materials.
- Independent and solution-oriented work style.
- Methodological competence.
- Ability to quickly learn diverse subject areas.
