About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our E2E Simplification Stream. In this role, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, leading a dedicated team of 3–5 professionals to deliver key project outcomes and drive true business benefit realization. As a key member of our project leadership team, you will embed robust project management discipline across the program, playing a critical role in shaping how we operate efficiently for the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage single and complex end-to-end projects within the E2E Simplification Stream, ensuring tangible business outcomes and value realization.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 4 direct reports, cultivating an inclusive culture built on trust and collaboration.
• Partner with the Program Director to embed effective Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tools, and processes across the program.
• Build authentic, collaborative relationships across diverse internal teams including Change & Comms, Business Improvement, Operations, HR, and Finance.
• Bring structure to ambiguity, balancing competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end project deliveries.
• An authentic, resilient leader who builds diverse teams, celebrates win together, and stays composed under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Experience operating within customer-focused environments (Retail, FMCG, or adjacent industries highly regarded).
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, paired with strong initiative and organizational flair.
• Proficient with core project presentation, spreadsheet, and document applications.
