About the Role

Nobori is seeking a Software Engineer & IA to join multidisciplinary project teams. This role involves designing, implementing, and documenting software and/or artificial intelligence solutions for major clients, while also participating in scoping workshops and deliverable preparation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business or technical needs and translate them into concrete solutions (architecture, development, integration).
• Design and develop software and/or AI solutions (applications, data pipelines, automations, control, quality, or security tooling).
• Implement modern technical architectures (cloud, CI/CD, orchestration).
• Utilize and guide agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or equivalents) to accelerate development while managing associated risks.
• Select and configure appropriate tools (application security, code quality, dependency analysis, monitoring).
• Model scoring systems, decision rules, or decision support systems.
• Calibrate and stabilize technical systems based on real-world cases.
• Write technical documentation and associated deliverables (specifications, runbooks, reports).
• Prepare and co-facilitate workshops with client teams.
• Clearly present technical results to non-technical stakeholders (management, business units).

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master 2 (Bac+5) in computer science, data science, or artificial intelligence.
• Significant experience in software development and/or AI projects (minimum 3 to 5 years), ideally gained in consulting or varied client environments.
• Proven experience with an AI development assistant like Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode in a professional context.
• Good understanding of IT security, quality, and governance challenges.
• Professional English is appreciated.
• Cloud or AI certifications (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML, etc.) are a plus.
