About the Role

The Beauty Advisor's main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI’s target through a customer first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge.
• Work as one team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
• Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors.
• Fully embrace the team effort and take pride in achieving the common goal.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share with the team.
• Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
