About the Role

The Berufsfachschule Paulo Freire within Zentrum ÜBERLEBEN is a state-recognized, privately run school that trains social assistants. Responsibilities

Administrative tasks within projects and the vocational school.
Support for course organization, including collecting, maintaining, and updating student data; creating school and practice certificates; assisting with student applications; and generating diplomas and certificates.
Processing orders and handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Invoice processing and data maintenance.

Requirements

High level of commitment, resilience, and identification with the school's concept.
Professional experience in relevant fields.
Independent and responsible work in coordination with project management, pedagogical staff, and school management.
Open and collegial interaction.
