About the Role

Join a high-performing Commercial Finance team, partnering with senior leaders to understand performance drivers and influence strategic decisions within the Gaming business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior FP&A Manager to analyze business performance across the P&L and key commercial KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Deliver commercial insight by connecting financial and operational data to explain performance drivers and recommend next steps.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Data, providing financial challenge and supporting business decisions.
• Continuously monitor financial and non-financial performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Support monthly business performance reviews by preparing analysis, presenting findings, and explaining performance drivers.
• Support the annual planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Help evolve commercial reporting by improving analysis, challenging assumptions, and finding better ways to generate insight.

Requirements

• Experience in a Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering role supporting business decisions through financial analysis.
• Strong commercial curiosity with the ability to understand and explain business performance.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational KPIs, identifying performance drivers, and making practical recommendations.
• Advanced Excel capability, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Confidence building relationships with stakeholders across the business and explaining financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• A proactive, high-ownership mindset with a desire to challenge thinking and improve processes.
• A growth mindset with a genuine appetite to learn and develop.
• Working towards a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
