Responsibilities

• Set and execute end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the region, optimizing service, cost, and working capital.
• Lead planning, logistics, distribution, and customer service activities to align supply chain capabilities with commercial and operational priorities.
• Partner with Commercial and Operations leaders to balance stakeholder needs and drive business growth.
• Define and implement regional Supply Chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end Supply Chain performance, including service, cost, inventory, and risks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability.
• Lead and develop a regional team of senior Supply Chain professionals.
• Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning process.
• Manage the regional S&OP/IBP Leader.
• Define and track Supply Chain KPIs.
• Drive capability building and succession planning within the team.
• Identify and mitigate Supply Chain risks and ensure contingency planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Partner with the Global BEX team to implement lean/six sigma/digital transformations.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction, service improvement, and working capital optimization.
• Own and manage the Supply Chain budget and cost performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in end-to-end Supply Chain.
• Experience in a transformation or integration environment is a plus.
• High level of English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Fluency in additional languages is beneficial.

Education Level

• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
