About the Role

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Building & Infrastructure team in Sydney. This role involves overseeing project delivery from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of subdivision, utilities, and civil infrastructure projects, acting as the client-side project representative. It is ideal for a Project Manager with Superintendency client-side or contractor background, offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement and the chance to work on impactful community projects.

Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of civil infrastructure (roads), subdivision and utilities projects across Sydney.
Act as the client-side representative, coordinating stakeholders, contractors, consultants and authorities.
Monitor project scope, budgets, schedules and risks to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Oversee contractor performance, site activities and project compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
Provide project reporting, progress updates and technical advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and project partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ideally within subdivisions, roads, utilities or land development projects.
Previous experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent or a Civil Engineer.
Strong understanding of contractor-led project delivery with the ability to manage projects from a client-side perspective.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
White Card and current Australian Driver's Licence required.
