Responsibilities
- Plan main routes and delivery tours for branch supply.
- Schedule driver personnel and monitor the fleet.
- Prepare and finalize tours, continuously seeking optimization opportunities for routes and networks.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, drivers, and haulage contractors.
- Ensure reliable adherence to internal quality standards, work processes, and legal requirements through organizational skills.
Requirements
- Completed training as a freight forwarding merchant or comparable commercial training, ideally with a logistics focus.
- Professional experience in dispatch for local and long-distance transport is advantageous.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and transport-specific IT applications.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- High level of commitment and ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to new requirements.
- Ability to maintain an overview and make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
