About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you'll support the successful delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by helping teams understand, prepare for, and adopt change. You will coordinate communications, learning, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise change initiatives by coordinating activities across communications, learning, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.
- Assist with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and change planning to support successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain communication plans, FAQs, presentations, intranet updates, and other change collateral.
- Coordinate learning activities, training schedules, and supporting materials to help teams prepare for upcoming change.
- Support workshops, stakeholder sessions, and project governance by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain change artefacts, dashboards, and reporting in line with the Tyro Delivery Framework.
- Gather stakeholder feedback, monitor readiness, and surface risks or issues to support successful change adoption.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while coordinating multiple stakeholders and activities.
- Foundational understanding of organisational change, business analysis, or project delivery.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace to create documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine curiosity to learn and continuously improve.
- Exposure to change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci, Agile delivery environments, or experience within financial services, technology, or regulated industries will be highly regarded.
