About the Role
This role involves delivering premium hospitality and exceptional service in Etihad's Premium Lounge at London Heathrow, creating memorable experiences for guests before their flights and representing one of the world's fastest-growing airlines.
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional guest experiences by delivering high standards of service, hospitality, and operational excellence.
- Support lounge performance by identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive ancillary revenue.
- Act as the face of Etihad in the lounge, providing personalized support across reception, concierge, and hospitality services.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining reports, completing shift administration, and updating lounge systems.
- Collaborate with lounge partners to maintain a premium environment and resolve issues promptly.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and continuously improve the lounge experience.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 at the time of application.
- High school certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in an airline, premium lounge, or hotel customer service & hospitality role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Positive, confident, flexible, and approachable attitude.
- High standard of personal grooming, presentation, and professionalism.
