About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer in our AdTech tribe, you will act as a technical expert, driving the architectural vision for next-generation AdTech products. This platform empowers restaurants and local shops to promote themselves and reach new customers at a massive scale. You will play a pivotal role in a geographically distributed tribe, ensuring solutions are cohesive, scalable, and future-proof, optimizing customer experience across over 10 million orders daily.

Responsibilities

Gain deep expertise in the AdTech domain and contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term technical strategy, including AI adoption roadmaps.
Collaborate with product, business, and tech teams to prioritize, plan, and execute platform projects, optimization initiatives, and AI-enhanced features.
Develop solutions from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring, leveraging AI tooling.
Drive the adoption of AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.
Contribute to architecture evolution, process scaling, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience, including backend and frontend.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Ability to design and optimize scalable and reliable systems.
Experience setting up observability and monitoring for services.
Hands-on experience with one or more cloud providers in professional environments.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience in driving consensus and delivery through clear technical documentation such as ARDs or RFCs.
Experience or curiosity to leverage AI tooling to boost productivity.
