About the Role

As a Supply & Purchasing Manager, you will play a central role in our operations, acting as the interface between product management, operations, and finance. You will ensure our bestsellers are always available and new products are launched smoothly, working data-driven, proactively, and with a high quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Independent planning, ordering, and control of all goods flows, including re-orders.
• Creation and continuous development of forecasts for sales and demand planning based on our internal planning tool.
• Analysis, monitoring, and optimization of inventory levels, as well as creation of meaningful reports.
• Close collaboration with production, marketing, and finance to ensure material availability and delivery capability.
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in purchasing and supply chain management.
• Participation in cross-departmental projects as part of our further growth.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management – or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of relevant experience in purchasing, dispatching, or supply chain management, ideally in the consumer goods or cosmetics sector.
• Very good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and enjoyment of data-driven work.
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, precise, and reliable way of working.
• High degree of independence, responsibility, and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for high-quality products, brand development, and processes.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
