About the Role
We are looking for support in our restaurant's day shift team in part-time. Our team creates a wide range of experiences tailored to the needs and desires of each occasion, in a variety of hotel rooms, event and public spaces. In our restaurant, café and bar, we serve the best regional products sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters and suppliers we trust, as well as from our own Michelberger Hof, a food forest in the Spreewald/Brandenburg.
Responsibilities

- Guest service / Backoffice work
- Service according to all Michelberger standards
- Knowledge of the hotel and all its events, structures, and procedures
- Willingness to develop and advance in a professional and great team
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a service-oriented restaurant or bar
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute in various areas of our service operations
- Personal passion for gastronomy and enjoyment of visiting restaurants, bars, and cafes
- Interest in high-quality products and sustainable production processes
- Outgoing personality and love for interacting with guests
