About the Role

As a Brand Champion, your primary focus is to ensure marketers maximize the value derived from Tracksuit's brand health data. You will serve as a trusted partner, educating, unblocking, and celebrating progress with a portfolio of brands, playing a central role in Tracksuit's expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and activate customers by setting clear success plans and guiding them to initial value.
  • Lead Quarterly Check-Ins that align product usage with desired business outcomes.
  • Identify risks early, develop save plans, manage renewals, and drive account expansion.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer health records, notes, and forecasts.
  • Champion playbooks and continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, founders, and marketers through clear communication.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS or a related field.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including experience with GRR/NRR, negotiation, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of brand and marketing principles, and the ability to articulate their value.
  • Data-literate and product-curious, comfortable guiding discussions using dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to executive, user, and technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Vitally, HubSpot, Subskribe, Notion, and Google Workspace.

  • $95,000 - $125,000 a year
  • Up to 20% commissions on-top of base
