About the Role
This role will see you own strategic partnership marketing end to end, acting as the day-to-day marketing lead for GI Partners. You’ll drive growth, retention and brand outcomes through impactful partner campaigns, managing everything from concept and communications through to delivery and collateral. Using data, insights and ROI tracking, you’ll continuously refine activity, conduct post-implementation reviews and uncover creative ways to deepen partner engagement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and Marketing Chapter peers to identify new opportunities, ensure a consistent tone of voice, and protect both Zurich and partner brand assets—always aligned to brand guidelines and best-practice go-to-market tools.
Responsibilities

- Manage campaign concept, communications, delivery, and collateral.
- Utilize data, insights, and ROI tracking to refine activity.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Uncover creative ways to deepen partner engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Marketing Chapter peers to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice.
- Protect Zurich and partner brand assets, aligned to brand guidelines and go-to-market tools.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong digital experience in engagement/channel management.
- Excellent stakeholder and partnership management skills.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy.
- TTM / campaign development capability.
- Content creation experience (particularly across general insurance).
- Social media targeting and amplification experience.
- Strength in research, tracking, data analytics and insights.
