About the Role
You will own the pipeline that builds Augustus, being the first point of contact for every engineer, operator, and leader who joins the company. Recruiting at Augustus is a precision game focused on identifying and closing top talent who align with the company's ambitious goals and values.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate with hiring managers to predict debrief outcomes and identify key candidate signals.
- Source top talent from platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and niche communities.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that demonstrate understanding of candidate profiles and motivations.
- Follow up with discipline and urgency, handle objections, and secure hires.
- Represent Augustus professionally in all interactions, ensuring even rejected candidates have a positive impression.
- Operate with full autonomy on searches, reporting to the Head of People & Talent.
- Build sourcing playbooks, tooling, and automation to improve future search efficiency.
- Raise the bar for talent within the company through successful hires.
Requirements
