About the Role

You will sit within the CEO office, working directly with founders and leadership on critical topics including strategy, new opportunities, and project execution. This role involves independent analysis, end-to-end strategic project management, and cross-organizational coordination, with a scope that adapts to company priorities. The position offers broad exposure to strategy, product, and operations, positioning you for future leadership roles such as P&L or product line ownership.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least two years of work experience in consulting, banking, or growth stage companies
• Comfortable in the details and in decision-making rooms
• Able to hold your own in conversations with senior leadership and define clear next steps
• Not needing a clearly defined scope to do your best work
• Not preferring depth in one area over breadth across many
• Comfortable presenting work and defending reasoning directly to senior leadership
• Willing to work more than 9-5
