About the Role

Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry to drive multi-workstream initiatives. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, optimizing technology investments, and strengthening QSR business performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong program leadership, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a hands-on understanding of fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive multi-workstream initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, optimize technology investments, and strengthen QSR business performance.
  • Ensure projects and activities are executed smoothly, meeting objectives and resource constraints.
  • Plan, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Integrate digital and physical commerce for consistent customer experiences and growth.
  • Ensure buying, returns, loyalty, and promotions are consistent across channels.
  • Manage large, complex engagements and translate business requirements into measurable results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
  • Drive throughput, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Partner effectively with franchisees and operations teams.
  • Lead QSR transformation initiatives including digital ordering, automation, kitchen technology, loyalty programs, and mobile channels.
  • Drive operational excellence through optimized workflows, menu simplification, and modernized store design.
  • Oversee implementation of POS/KMS upgrades, analytics tools, and predictive labor and inventory solutions.
  • Pilot operational tests, menu optimization, SKU analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Enable scalable growth through site strategy, operational audits, and new unit development.
  • Use guest insights, operational analytics, and financial modeling to guide experience enhancements, protect margins, and support investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Extensive experience in QSR industry or multi-unit restaurant operations oversight.
  • Strong understanding of QSR fundamentals, including standardized menus, speed-focused execution, minimal table service, and high-volume production environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, customer experience, and franchise organizations.
  • Experience leading modernization initiatives including ordering systems, loyalty programs, mobile channels, and self-service experiences.
  • Expertise in data-driven program management, including metrics development, reporting structures, and performance analysis.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change-leadership skills, particularly within complex operational environments.
  • Experience working with digital ordering platforms, POS systems, loyalty programs, or restaurant automation strongly preferred.
  • Strong program leadership, cross-functional collaboration skills, and hands-on understanding of fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments where speed, consistency, and scalability are essential.
