About the Role
Lead the FP&A agenda for one of Australia's most recognised food brands in a high-impact business partnering role with exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives. This is a 12-month parental leave cover position on a fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Own the month-end consolidated reporting process, including management reporting, performance analysis, and leadership presentations.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial outcomes.
- Analyse financial performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations linked to key business drivers.
- Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and improve commercial outcomes.
- Develop reporting tools, visualisations, and process improvements to increase efficiency and insight generation.
- Support the Integrated Business Planning process and drive continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A activities.
Requirements
- Commercially minded finance professional with strong technical capability and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and operate at both detailed and strategic levels.
